研究內容
1. 極端環境微生物的研究是針對極端環境中的微生物多樣性及其組學的研究,包括但不限于極地等極端環境中的微生物適冷及嗜鹽機制研究,研究也涉及天體生物學的范疇。
2. 利用發酵工程技術,對生物質綜合利用中的固體發酵和液體發酵進行優化,包括但不限于有機質含量高的生活垃圾及纖維素含量高的農業生產廢棄物如秸稈等。
Research Interests
1. The study of extremophiles mainly focus on the biodiversity and the omics of microbes in extreme environments, including, but not limited to, the study of microbial cold adaptive and halophilic mechanisms in extreme environments such as the polar regions, which also involves astrobiology.
2. Fermentation engineering technology plays a very important role in the optimization of biomass utilization, which including not only daily food wastes but also agricultural production waste with high cellulose content, such as straws and so on.
