研究內容
醫學物理學：
1.高端診療儀器的硬件設計，尤其是以電磁場為工具的原件設計，諸如磁共振磁體模塊設計。
2.高端診療儀器的軟件設計，包括信號的收發采集以及后期的圖像處理，諸如磁共振脈沖序列設計。
生物信息 ：
1.運用基因組學手段，研究人體在各種極端情況下的的代謝紊亂機制以及人體內穩態重建過程 。
2.腸道微生物與人體代謝失衡的關聯研究，以及中醫藥的對腸道菌群微生物群環境的調節機制。
Research Interests
Medical Physics:
1. Medical instruments hardware design based on electromagnetic model.
Medical magnetic sensor ; Magnetic resonance imaging hardware including main magnet, RF coil , Gradient coil.
2. Medical instruments software design.
Magnetic resonance imaging pulse sequence design; magnetic resonance imaging processing.
Bio-informatics :
1. The mechanism of metabolic disorder and the homeostasis reconstruction process in human body under various extreme conditions.
2. The relationship between intestinal microorganisms and metabolic imbalance of human body, and the regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal microbiota environment.
